Proof of delivery

Validated on a live retail estate.

The figures below come from the current production validation footprint, not a demo dataset. They describe a real multi-brand, multi-market estate that Sync operates today.

01The estate

What Sync operates right now.

A multi-brand retail group across six markets in the Gulf and Levant, running fashion, beauty, home and entertainment catalogs through a single feed layer.

21shops under live feed management
55channel feeds generated and served
900k+products transformed on every refresh
2×daily scheduled refresh cadence

The client is not named here. We are happy to make an introduction under NDA as part of a procurement conversation.

02Audited results

What the last full validation returned.

382 / 382readiness checks passed across the workspace audit
19 / 21shops live-swept against real source catalogs
22 / 22source setups validated end to end
0unexpected field mismatches in audited output

Inputs: HTTP · XML · CSV · TSV · Shopify · SFTP
Outputs: live XML · CSV · TSV — scheduled, campaign, and on-demand runs

03Methodology

How those numbers are produced.

The validation is a repeatable audit run against the live workspace, not a one-off report written for a sales page.

01Workspace audit

Every shop, channel, source setup and schedule in the workspace is checked against its expected configuration. 382 of 382 checks passed on the last full run.

02Live source sweep

Each shop is pulled from its real source catalog rather than a fixture, so the check exercises the same credentials, endpoints and parsing that production uses. 19 of 21 shops swept; the remaining two were awaiting review, not failing.

03Source setup validation

All 22 configured source setups were validated end to end, from credential through pull to parsed row count.

04Output comparison

Generated feeds are compared field by field against the output the estate published before migration. Zero unexpected field mismatches in audited output.

04Operational health

Readiness is visible, not asserted.

The same dashboard your team logs into shows shop readiness, channel delivery status, and anything waiting on review before the next push. There is no separate reporting layer that could disagree with the runtime.

  • 01Ready, review and blocked counts per shop and per channel
  • 02Readiness share across the estate
  • 03Review queue surfaced before the next scheduled run

Validate it yourself

Run the same comparison on your own feed.

The most useful proof is your own catalog. We generate a feed from your source, compare it against what you publish today, and show you every difference before you decide anything.
